The Brimfield Board of Education held a special meeting on Thursday September 7, 2017 at 7:00
p.m. in the High School Library. President Heinz called the meeting to order with the following
members present: Thompson, Hoerr, Updyke.
No visitors were present
Mr. Richardson read a letter of resignation from Michelle Poirier to the board of education.
Updyke moved and Hoerr seconded to approve the resignation of Michelle Poirier as District
Bookkeeper. Roll call: Thompson - yes, Hoerr - yes, Updyke - yes, Heinz - yes.
Hoerr moved and Thompson seconded to approve the employment of Kyle Petty as Brimfield
CUSD #309 District Bookkeeper. Roll Call: Thompson - yes, Hoerr - yes, Updyke - yes, Heinz - yes.
Hoerr moved and Updyke seconded to adjourn the special meeting of the Brimfield CUSD #309
board of Education at 8:00 pm. Motion carried
