Here is the minutes provided by the Council:

Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll Call. Approval of Minutes from October 16, 2017 Council Meeting and the Minutes of the October 25, 2017 Special Council Meeting.

Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting) 

Treasurer's Report (2" monthly meeting).

Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

Approval of semi-monthly bills. 

Consideration of Subdivision Plat from Brandon Bressner for property along Webster Ave. Mr. Hinnen 

Consideration of Ordinance 17-21, an ordinance amending Eureka Policy Manual regarding residency. Mr. Rossetti 

Consideration of Ordinance 17-22, an ordinance abating a part of the levy and extension for taxes for 2017Water Bond Abatement Ordinance. Mr. Hinnen 

Recommendation from Eureka Planning Commission to accept Ordinance 17-23, an ordinance amending Eureka Zoning Code to add a section for permit and inspections of earth work. Mr. Hinnen 

Executive Session pursuit to 5 ILCS 120/2(C)(5) for the purpose of the discussion of the purchase, lease or acquisition of property.

     Administration and Personnel Committee - Mr. Rossetti 

     Enterprise Committee — Mr. Hinnen
