Here is the agenda provided by the Council:

I.Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.

II.Roll Call.

III.Approval of Minutes from April 16, 2018 Council Meeting, the April 16, 2018 Public Hearing, and the April 19, 2018 Special Combined Council and Planning Meeting.

IV.Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting)

V.Treasurer's Report (2 monthly meeting).

VI.Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

VII.Approval of semi-monthly bills through April 30, 2018.

VIII.Approval of semi-monthly bills after April 30, 2018.

IX.Consideration of Proclamation 18-01, an proclamation designating May 15, 2018 as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week in which it falls as Police Week. Mr. Lind

X.Consideration of Resolution 18-05, a resolution amending a Resolution 15-06 and R-07-06, to allow Don & Jamie Rood to build one home on parcel ending in -019. Mayor Zimmer

XI.Consideration of Chips Purchase from the apparent low bidder, R.A. Cullinan & Son, for $22,135.61. The engineer's estimate was $24,686.55. Mr. Hinnen
