City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Aug. 7.
Five East Peoria residences have been honored with Paul Peterson Bright Spot Awards, presented by the East Peoria Beautification Commission. The nomination/entry deadline for the next round of awards is Friday, Aug. 10.
