City of Peoria issued the following announcement on Aug. 2.
On Friday August 3, 2018, work will begin on the city’s 2018 Seal-Coating Project. No Parking signs have been placed on streets that will be affected and will remain in place until the work has been completed and the contractor moves to the next location. The seal coating will be completed within approximately one week, weather permitting. These treatments will extend the life of roadway pavement.
