Byron Public Library District Board met Aug. 8.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
The meeting was called to order at 3:45 p.m. by President Barb Clubb. Board members present were Lavonne Berkeley, Barbara Clubb, Jill Grennan, Susan O’Neil and Richard Pleniewicz. Also attending were Emily Porter, Director and Jeannine Hedges, Recording Secretary.
Absent: Elaine Breck and David Conley
Visitors: None
New Business
Mrs. Porter discussed appropriation figures and distributed written reports.
Hearing for the Budget and Appropriation Ordinance 2018-6. There were no comments from the public concerning Ordinance 2018-6.
Mrs. Berkeley made a motion to adjourn which was seconded. The motion passed 5-0 and adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
