City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Oct. 4.
Don't have a use for your old red or blue small recycling bins? You can bring them to the Fall Bulb Sale at the Civic Plaza on Saturday morning and Public Works will take them. The Civic Plaza is at 401 W. Washington St.
