8. Discussion: Expansion of the Video Gaming Ordinance to Allow for Holders of a Class E-3 Liquor License (LN 10/24/19) GS

After discussion, there was enough support to draft the ordinance to bring back to a future Committee of the Whole meeting. Staff was asked to look into the cost of licenses of the machines to ensure the cost is not too low. Mayor Schielke stated that he would work with legal counsel to draft a memo for this ordinance.
