 Motion to approve donating to the fire department for training purposes and then scrapping a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer (VIN# 1GNDT13WX12181572).

3. Municipal Estimate of Maintenance for 2020-2021 

Consider approval of Municipal Estimate of Maintenance Under the Illinois Highway Code in the amount of $1,886,803.20.

4. Engineering Agreement for West Belleville Bike Trail Phase II

A motion to approve Kaskaskia Engineering, Inc in the amount of $265,475.00 for the West Belleville Bike Trail Phase II.

5. Engineering Agreement for West Main Streetscape (12th to 17th St)

A motion to approve Kaskaskia Engineering, Inc in the amount of $288,690.00 for the West Main St Streetscape (12th to 17th St).

6. SCI Engineering Annual Service Agreement

Consider approval of SCI Engineering Inc. for Consulting and Engineering Services at Various locations.

7. Phase II Storm Water Monitoring Proposal

Consider approval of the Phase II Storm Water Monitoring Proposal for January 2020 to December 2020 between the City and RJN Group Inc. in the amount of $4,600.00.

8. Phase II Storm Water Permit Implementation

Consider approval for RJN Group Inc. to continue to provide consulting services for MS4 stormwater permit in the amount of $1,800.00.
