2. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution establishing compensation for employees of the City of Canton for the fiscal year beginning May 2020.

3. Discuss, consider and vote on the purchase of a meter reading truck

4. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an agreement with Maurer- Stutz Inc. to perform City Engineering Services for the City of Canton. This agreement is being funded by the general fund, TIF, water, sewer and system maintenance accounts.

5. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an agreement with Maurer Stutz Inc. to assist the City with preparing IEPA water revolving loan fund application documents for a lead water service removal project.
