Abstract

This legislation will authorize the City Manager to enter into a Local Public Agency (LPA) agreement with ODOT for the construction of the new section of the Lebanon – Countryside YMCA Trail between the Countryside YMCA and Forge Drive.

2) Resolution 2020-096 A Resolution Approving The Lease Agreement Between The City Of Lebanon And Snowden Group II Ltd. For An Outdoor Dining Area At 44 East Mulberry Street

Abstract

This legislation will authorize the City Manager to enter into a right-of-way lease agreement for the construction of a bump-out on East Mulberry Street in front of the Roll On In restaurant.
