1) Resolution 2020-101 A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Warren County Transportation Improvement District for the Mason Morrow Millgrove Road Improvement project

Abstract
This legislation will authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Warren County TID to provide for the engineering and management of the Mason Morrow Millgrove Road Improvement Project, which is being funded through an ODOT Safety Grant.
2) Ordinance 2020- 102 An Ordinance adjusting the Fire / EMS service fees Sponsor: Mr. Messer, Mr. Mathews, Mrs. Wyatt
Abstract
This legislation will update the Fire / EMS service fees to ensure that Lebanon’s user rates stay competitive with our regional peers.
3) Ordinance 2020-103 An Ordinance approving a property purchase agreement with RISE Lebanon, LLC for City-owned property located in Columbia Business Park, and Declaring an Emergency

Abstract
This legislation will authorize the City Manager to enter into a purchase agreement with RISE Lebanon, LLC to sell 9.2 acres of property located at 3905 Columbia Rd. for $45,000 per acre for a new business development.
4) Resolution 2020-104 A Resolution approving the funding levels for the 2020 COVID Relief Civic Donation Program

This legislation will authorize the City Manager to issue grants to 17 Lebanon based non-profit organizations that have been negatively impacted by COVID, utilizing CARES Act funds that have been distributed to the City
5) Resolution 2020-105 A Resolution Adopting the Warren County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation 5-Year Plan Update

Abstract
This legislation will support Lebanon’s adoption of the Warren County Hazard Mitigation 5-year plan update, which recommends many hazard mitigation actions that will protect the people and property affected by the natural hazards that face Warren County.
