Here is the agenda as provided by the council:

1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.


2. Roll Call.

3. Approval of Minutes from December 7, 2020 Council Meeting.

4. Approval of minutes of the Committee Meetings held within the prior 30 days. (1st monthly meeting)

5. Treasurer’s Report (2nd monthly meeting).

6. Public Comments on any action to be taken on Agenda items.

7. Approval of semi-monthly bills.

8. Consideration of request for consideration of selling 414 E. Bullock St. Mayor Zimmer

9. Consideration of approving Annual Meeting List for 2021. Mayor Zimmer

10. Consideration of approving annual brush pick-up schedule for 2021. Mr. Peterson

11. Consideration of Resolution 20-08, a resolution for disposal of property from Maintenance, Park and Wastewater Departments. Mayor Zimmer

12. Consideration of Ordinance 12-12, an ordinance amending Zoning Code for R-2 Districts, Uses permitted language.

13. Consideration of Ordinance 12-13, an ordinance amending Zoning Code for General StandardsPolitical Signs.

14. Committee Reports:
