1) Ordinance 2021-014 An ordinance approving modifications to Chapter 353 Parking Meters Sponsor: Shope, Wyatt

Abstract

This ordinance will authorize modifications to Chapter 353 Parking Meters of the Lebanon Codified Ordinances revising parking meter hours of operation and fees.

NEW BUSINESS:

1) Ordinance 2021-017 An ordinance creating a Human Relations Commission Sponsor: Wyatt, Monroe

Abstract

This ordinance will amend Section 129 of the Lebanon Codified Ordinances to create a Human Relations Commission which would be a recommending board to the City Council

2) Ordinance 2021-018 An ordinance approving a contract with Kelchner for the Lebanon northern bike trail extension project, and Declaring an Emergency

Sponsor: Mathews, Messer, Shope

Abstract

Approving a contract with Kelchner in the amount of $774,776 for the Lebanon northern bike trail extension project, which will extend the bike trail from Downtown Lebanon north up to the intersection of N. Broadway and Miller Rd. This project is being partially funded by an ODNR Trail grant.
