Q3 2020 Recap: 1 parolee from Fulton County convicted of financial crimes or fraud set for release

There was one offender convicted of a financial crime or fraud released on parole in Fulton County during the third quarter of 2020, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the Peoria Standard.

The data shows that the released offender was a man. He was convicted in 2020 when he was 28 years old. He is now 29.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
