9 Tazewell County residents in their fifties test positive for COVID-19 on April 6

Nine Tazewell County residents in their fifties tested positive for COVID-19 on April 6, according to numbers being reported by the Illinois Department of Public Health.

In total, there have been 2,158 positive cases reported in Tazewell County among residents in their fifties, accounting for 14.5 percent of all cases in the county. Through April 6, Tazewell County has reported a total of 14,894 confirmed cases of the coronavirus, 246 of which have ended with the victim's death.
