1) Ordinance 2021-054 – Authorizing the expansion of the Downtown Lebanon Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA)

Abstract

This ordinance approves an amendment to the DORA District by expanding the District north along the N. Broadway Corridor to incorporate existing and future businesses in the District.

2) Ordinance 2021-058 – Authorizing the refinancing of Series 2021 Water Bonds 

Sponsor: Messer, Mathews, Shafer, Shope

Abstract

This ordinance authorizes the refinancing of Series 2021 Water Bonds.

NEW BUSINESS:

1) Resolution 2021-059 – Adopting the 2022 Tax Budget of the City of Lebanon, Ohio for fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022

Sponsor: Messer, Mathews, Monroe, Shafer, Shope

Abstract

This resolution adopts the Tax Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022, submitting the same to the Warren County Auditor.

2) Ordinance 2021-060 – Approving an amendment to the official zoning map for 818 Cincinnati Avenue as recommended by the Planning Commission

Sponsor: Messer, Mathews, Shope

Abstract

This ordinance approves a zoning amendment to change 11.8710 acres from Light Industrial to Light Industrial PUD for Creech’s Landscaping and Garden Center at 818 Cincinnati Avenue.

3) Resolution 2021-061 – Approving the 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan for the City of Lebanon, Ohio

Sponsor: Messer, Mathews, Shafer

Abstract

This resolution adopts the 2022 – 2026 City Capital Improvement Plan.

4) Resolution 2021-062 – Approving an extension of the development agreement with High Pointe Custom Homes

Sponsor: Shafer, Shope

Abstract

This resolution authorizes a 9-month extension of the agreement with High Pointe Custom Homes for the mixed use development planned for North Mechanic Street originally approved with Ordinance 2020-118.
