City of Lebanon City Council met Feb. 15.

Here is the agenda provided by the council:

1. Call to Order, Roll Call & Pledge

2. Previous Business:

a. Ordinance 2022-018 – Authorizing a sewer rate increase of 5.5% to be effective March 2022 as recommended by the recent sewer rate study

3. New Business:

a. Ordinance – Approving a map amendment for the 9-acre Tollhouse Farms – Fisher Homes development from, R-1CC to R-1CC PUD (See Summary Sheet)

b. Ordinance – Approving right-of-way vacation plat for a section of Grant Drive and a final plat of Columbia Business Park, Section 17, Lots 7859-A and Lot 7297 as required in Chapter 1117.02 of the Subdivision Regulations to allow for the expansion of FECON facility through the consolidation of two parcels that are separated by a right-of-way Emergency Language Requested (See Summary Sheet)

c. Ordinance - Approving the final plat off Cincinnati Avenue to create a new lot, splitting the parcel into two properties to allow the portion of the property containing the Shaker Inn to be transferred to Family Promise of Warren County while retaining the remainder of the site for self-storage Emergency Language Requested (See Summary Sheet)

d. Resolution - Adopting the Lebanon Safe Routes to School Plan
