b. Motion to authorize payment to Midstate Asphalt Repair, Inc. for patchwork in the amount of

$23,989.10 (line item: 01-41-860)

c. Motion to authorize payment to JIMAX Demolition Division for a house demolition in the amount of $10,655.00 (line item: 01-11-810)
