City of El Paso Streets Committee met Aug. 15.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
The City of El Paso Streets Committee Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Chairman Alex Brucker.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll call was taken with members Alex Brucker, Thad Mool and Jenny Staulcup present.
Others present were: Director of Public Service, Barry Kauther; Council Person, Mary Ellen Kilpatrick; Kim Kearney and Jennie Kearney as the local press. Also present via Zoom was Administrative Assistant, Sandee Kessinger.
Discussion was on a possible recommendation to install reserved parking sign(s) in front of Mahaffey-Betts Agency, Inc. located at 98 N Elm St. The decision of the committee was to make no recommendation for the signs on Elm St. The City will post reserved parking sign for the 2 spots that are on the 1st St side of the property.
A motion was made by Mool and seconded by Staulcup to adjourn the meeting. A voice vote was taken of all ayes.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:52 pm.
