A. Discussion and possible approval for action on Ordinance #115-7 Housing conditions; pigs prohibited.

A. Consideration and possible approval to accept ordinance #1071. An ordinance regarding the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act (PLFAW) for the City of El Paso
B. Considerations and possible approval of ordinance #1072. An ordinance amending the personnel code of the City of El Paso and specifically chapter 75-11.3 leave of absence (A.) personal leave.
C. Consideration and possible approval of license agreement between the City of El Paso and Terry Giosta d/b/a Home Shop to install antennas/transmitters on the north water tower.
D. Consideration and possible approval for agreement between the City of El Paso and Woodford County regarding the cost of installing a water tower roof handrail (Halo) to the south water tower. In consideration of payment the Woodford County Sheriff’s Office would be able to attach communication antennas to the halo.
E. Discussion and possible approval of sales tax incentive program with McGrath Highway Chevrolet GMC at 100 S. Ford Drive and the payment of $50,000 for the year 2023. The program is a 10-year program ending in December 2023.
F. Discussion and possible approval of the acceptance of sanitary and storm sewer in the Schreck Subdivision or Planned Unit Development on Memory Lane and A Street.
G. Discussion and possible approval to pay bills on January 22nd, 2024 since there will be only one meeting in January.
