THE WEST 17 FEET OF THE NORTH 19 FEET AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF THE SOUTH 22 FEET OF THE TRACT G AS DESCRIBED IN A SPECIAL WARANTY DEED DATED FEBRUARY 4, 2009, AND RECORDED FEBRUARY 12, 2009, AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 09-04272, SAID EASEMENT CONTAINS 543 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS.
