Beginning at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3, N Wisconsin Avenue will be closed to all traffic between E Frye Avenue and E Nebraska Avenue. The closure is necessary for priming and paving work and is scheduled to last through Friday, Sept. 6, weather permitting.
The intersection of E Kansas Street and N Wisconsin Avenue will also be closed to all traffic.
However, the intersections of E Frye Avenue and N Wisconsin Avenue, as well as E Nebraska Avenue and N Wisconsin Avenue, will remain open to through traffic.
Drivers are advised to exercise caution in the area and be mindful of this closure, along with other closures on N Wisconsin Avenue. The use of alternative routes when possible is recommended.
