Storm sewer installation to begin on Harker Drive Oct. 1

Beginning at 7 am on Tuesday, Oct. 1, storm sewer installation will occur on N Harker Drive on the south side of W Pioneer Parkway. The work is necessary for the Pioneer Parkway and University Street Intersection Reconstruction Project.

Due to the storm sewer installation, eastbound traffic on W Pioneer Parkway turning south on N Harker Drive can expect delays while the work is being completed. The work is expected to last two weeks, weather permitting.

Drivers should be mindful of the work and allow for extra time when traveling on N Harker Drive.
