a. Motion to approve an increase for the New City Hall to add concrete pavers in lieu of stamped concrete in the amount of $30,000.00 (line item: 20-00-820)

b. Motion to authorize entering into an agreement with Tri-County Irrigation for the new City Hall in the amount of $13,470.00 (line item: 20-00-820)

c. Motion to authorize a new fence at the new City Hall through Fence Peoria in the amount of $17,871.00 (line item: 20-00-820)
