Peoria Standard

Several new interns have been hired in an office, with the students being seniors from Pekin Community High School. They were recommended by one of their teachers.

One of the new interns is Harley Tovrea. He is known for his passion for disc golf and his musical talents. Tovrea accepted this internship to serve the community differently than through traditional community service.

Tovrea expressed his hope that during this internship, he will be able to meet and connect with more community members while encouraging his peers and those around him.
