A resolution to vacation and termination of prior plat of survey for property formerly known as Planned Unit Development for the Fresh Air Seniors Complex. Located on the southwest corner of Oak Street (County Road 2800 E.) and E. Main Street (RT24). Formerly owned by Dennis Schreck.
B. Discussion and possible approval to obligate $79,116.54 towards some type of expense. This money is the remainder of the American Resue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021.
