Residential recycling and trash collection will experience a one-day delay following Christmas Day, December 25. This adjustment affects all routes scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

The revised schedule is as follows: Collections normally on Monday and Tuesday will remain unchanged. However, those scheduled for Wednesday will occur on Thursday, Thursday's collections will shift to Friday, and Friday's collections will move to Saturday.

Residents are advised to set out their recycling and trash containers as early as 3 p.m. the day before their scheduled pickup or by 6 a.m. on the day of collection. After collection, containers should be removed from the curb or alley within 24 hours and stored in a garage or alongside the house or garage. Containers should not be left on streets or sidewalks.
