CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS BY OMNIBUS VOTE, WITH RECOMMENDATIONS AS OUTLINED
All matters listed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine and non-controversial and will be enacted by one motion and one roll call vote; there will not be a separate discussion on these items. If discussion is desired by a Citizen or Members of the City Council/Town Board, the item will be removed and discussed immediately after approval of the Consent Agenda. Citizens desiring discussion on an item listed on the Consent Agenda should contact a City Council/Town Board Member or the City Clerk prior to the meeting and request the item be removed for discussion. All other public input will be heard during Citizens' Opportunity to Address the City Council/Town Board near the end of the meeting. 25-012 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Human Resources with a Request to Approve and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of Peoria and the Four (4) Labor Unions (Teamsters Local 627, Laborers Local 165, Carpenters Local 237, and Painters Local 157) that Comprise the Multi-Union Agreement to Cover the Period from December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2028.
25-013 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Human Resources with a Request to Approve and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of Peoria and the International Brotherhood Of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 51, to Cover the Period from December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2028.
25-014 Communication from the City Manager and Corporation Counsel with a Request to Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Peoria and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF).
25-015 Communication from the City Manager and Director of Public Works with a Request to Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Peoria and Greater Peoria Sanitary District for Cleaning and Inspection of Selected City Sewer Segments, in the Low Bid Amount of $161,830.00, and an Additional Authorization of $16,183.00 (10%) for Contingencies, for a Total Amount of $178,013.00.
