a. Motion to pass Ordinance 2025-05 Amending Title 4 Safety, Chapter 4 Animal - Regulation of Dogs, Cats and Other Animals regarding feral cats
b. Motion to amend Resolution 2025-01 for Maintenance under the Illinois Highway Code to authorize the use of $350,000.00 out of MFT funds for salt and seal coating by including project estimates and engineer agreement
c. Motion to extend Terra Engineering agreement for an additional two years
d. Motion to accept the bid for demolition and cleanup at Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to Jimax Corporation in the amount of $50,266.47 (line item: 01-11-459, 01-21-459, 01-31-459)
