Sidewalk removal work has commenced at the northwest corner of the SW Adams Street and N William Kumpf Boulevard intersection. As a result, sidewalks near 500 SW Adams Street are closed. Pedestrians are advised to exercise caution around this closure and cross the street at the nearest available intersection.

In the coming weeks, similar sidewalk work is scheduled to begin at the northeast corner of the same intersection. This will also lead to sidewalk closures for pedestrians in that area.

There are currently lane and parking restrictions in effect along SW Adams Street and N Kumpf Boulevard. On-street parking restrictions have been marked, and drivers should look for unbagged meters indicating available parking spots. Parking in spaces with bagged meters labeled “No Parking” is prohibited.

As the Adams Street and Jefferson Avenue One-Way to Two-Way (OWTW) Conversion Project progresses, additional parking, lane, and sidewalk restrictions will be announced.

Drivers in the area should remain aware of workers and observe no-parking areas while exercising extra caution.
