Parade route closure from North 3rd Street to West Main Street east to Mascoutah Avenue to Walnut Hill Cemetery, 10:00am to 11:00am. Additional City services requested: barricades, "No Parking" signs, Port-a-Potties, clean-up, Police and Street Department personnel.
