City of Chillicothe issued the following announcement on Feb. 10.
I will post between 10-30 items (decor, furniture etc). Each item will have a starting bid and will increase by $1 increments (no ¢). Bidding will close at 8pm on Sunday. I will announce the winners and will need the winner's email address to send them a PayPal invoice. Items must be paid for within 48 hours via the invoice or item will be forfeited. Pick up is within 2 weeks unless other arrangements are made.
I hope this will be a fun way to shop and get your hands on some Starfish Cottage goodness! Please share and tell your friends!!
