City of East Peoria issued the following announcement on Aug. 23.
Congratulations to the six property owners named August garden Bright Spot Award winners. Residents and businesses with eye-appealing gardens and/or landscaping can be nominated for the final round of awards. Entry deadline is Monday, September 14.
