Mandy Goss, a member of the Environmental Services team at Taylorville Memorial Hospital, has been recognized as the hospital’s Colleague of the Month for October.

Goss was nominated for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and compassion toward others. According to her nominator, she welcomes new colleagues and assists in training them on evening shift procedures.

“Managers and colleagues from other areas comment on her pleasant, easy-going nature and her work ethic,” the nominator stated. “She finds ways to celebrate her teammates and help them be successful. Her role as a housekeeper can be demanding at times, especially on the evening shift, but she is self-motivated and resourceful.”

Goss has been with Taylorville Memorial Hospital since 2022.
