He is recognized for his dedication to completing projects thoroughly and providing ongoing support and expertise to his colleagues. According to his nominator, Montague demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

“Josh is deeply committed to maintaining high-quality standards in everything he does,” the nominator stated. “His work alongside application teams to decommission legacy applications is a testament to his dedication to improving systems and processes.
